The 2019 solicitation for the Instrument Incubator Program (IIP) is now open as element A.49 of the ROSES-2019 omnibus announcement. NOIs are requested May 31, 2019, and proposals are due July 12, 2019. Additionally, a pre-proposal bidder’s conference will be held on May 15, 2019 (access information for the bidder’s conference is provided in Section 8 of the solicitation).
