The 2019 solicitation for the Instrument Incubator Program (IIP) is open as element A.49 of the 2019 Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES-2019) omnibus announcement. NOIs are requested May 31, 2019, and proposals are due July 12, 2019. Additionally, a pre-proposal bidder’s conference will be held on May 15, 2019.
