An ESTO-funded team at Harvard University recently completed an early concept study exploring a new technology for space-based polarimetry.

Earlier this year, two ESTO-funded projects tested their instruments over the wildfires in Pacific Palisades and Altadena California: Hot Spot is a stratospheric-balloon-borne longwave infrared sensor payload developed by Urban Sky; and, c-FIRST is multi-spectral imager with high dynamic range developed by a team at JPL.
