Abstract:
We have developed an IPDA lidar for the detection of formaldehyde. The tunable pulsed fiber laser operates at 339 nm with a narrow (< 1pm) line width. The return signal is detected with a telescope and a filtered PMT. The single rotational lines of formaldehyde are used to determine the concentration of HCHO in the optical path.
