Abstract:
This abstract discusses advances in CMOS-based spectrometer processors being developed for a wide range of NASA astronomy projects including airborne and spaceborne telescopes at sub-millimeter frequencies. This work although focused on the needs of the astronomy community, has many applications in Earth Science remote sensing as well, particularly atmospheric limb-sounding, and so it should be a topic of interest at ESTF.
