Abstract:
The Snow and Water Imaging Spectrometer (SWIS) is a high-throughput, high uniformity imaging spectrometer specially designed to address the needs of coastal ocean and snow/ice research and applications from a 6U platform. In this talk we will review instrument test results as well as progress towards a mission concept, including potential science applications and advances in spacecraft configuration design.
